The protection and security of personal data is a high priority for us. Therefore, we strictly adhere to the rules of the data protection laws.
Under no circumstances will the data collected be sold by us or passed on to third parties.

1. Data transmission / data logging

When you visit this site, the web server automatically records log files that cannot be assigned to a specific person. This data includes, for example, the browser type and version, operating system used, referrer URL (the previously visited page), IP address of the requesting computer, access date and time of the server request and the client's file request (file name and URL). This data is only collected for the purpose of statistical evaluation. It is not passed on to third parties for commercial or non-commercial purposes.

2. Use of personal data

Personal data is only collected or processed if you provide this information voluntarily, e.g. in the context of an enquiry. Unless there are necessary reasons in connection with a business transaction, you may at any time revoke the previously granted permission to shop your personal data in writing with immediate effect. Your data will not be disclosed to third parties unless disclosure is required by law. Personal and/or company-related data sent to us electronically (e.g. e-mail addresses, name, telephone number, etc.) are used exclusively for correspondence and will, of course, not be passed on to third parties.

3. Contact with us

If you contact us using one of our contact forms or by e-mail, the data you provide will be stored by us for six months for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in case of follow-up questions or orders. Of course, we do not pass on this data to third parties.

4. Information, modification and deletion of your data

In accordance with applicable law, you can ask us in writing at any time whether and which personal data we have stored about you. You will receive a corresponding message immediately.

5. Security of your data

Your personal data made available to us will be secured by taking all technical and organisational security measures so that they are inaccessible to unauthorised third parties. When sending very sensitive data or information, it is advisable to use the postal service, as complete data security cannot be guaranteed by e-mail.

6. Cookies

On our website, we only use technical session cookies that are necessary for correct display and functionality. These are small text files that are stored on your hard drive and, depending on the settings of your browser, are either deleted when you exit the browser or remain stored on your end device until you delete them. They enable us to recognise your browser on your next visit. These cookies do not retrieve any information stored about you on your hard drive and do not affect your PC or files.
No cookies are used that pass on data to third parties or store data for third parties.

7. Videos

The videos on our website are integrated locally, no plugins from YouTube, Vimeo or similar are used.

8. Google fonts

The Google fonts are integrated locally on our own web server, thus the fonts are not loaded from the Google servers and the IP address of the user is not transmitted.

9. Your rights

Right to information: you can ask us to confirm whether and to what extent we process your data.

Right to rectification: If we process your personal data which is incomplete or incorrect, you can request that we correct or complete it at any time.

Right to erasure: You can ask us to erase your personal data if we process it unlawfully or if the processing disproportionately interferes with your legitimate interests in protection. There may be reasons that prevent immediate deletion (such as legally regulated retention obligations).

Right to restriction of processing: You may request us to restrict the processing of your data if/p>

• you dispute the accuracy of the data for a period of time that allows us to verify the accuracy of the data,/li>
• the processing of the data is unlawful, but you object to erasure and request restriction of data use instead,
• we no longer need the data for the intended purpose, but you still need this data to assert or defend legal claims,
• you have objected to the processing of the data.

Right to data portability: you can request that we provide you with your data that you have entrusted us with for storage in a structured, common and machine-readable format.

Right to object: If we process data for the performance of tasks in the public interest, for the exercise of official authority or if we rely on the necessity of the processing to safeguard our legitimate interest, you can object to this data processing. The objection is justified if you have a legitimate interest in protecting your data.

Right of complaint: If you are of the opinion that we are violating data protection law in processing your data, please contact us. Of course, you also have the option of complaining to the Austrian data protection authority, and from 25 May 2018 also to the supervisory authority within the EU.

If we have doubts about your identity, we may request additional information. Please note that we may charge an appropriate processing fee or refuse to process your request in the case of manifestly unfounded rights or rights that are exercised particularly frequently.
